The Juvenile Court System and Child Welfare have become "one" and work ver y closely together.......How can this be...in order to have a fair hearing?

They are not suppose to talk with each other outside of the courtroom regarding cases. Judges in these cases should dismiss themselves......but no, the juvenile Judge wants to be there the whole way...til the end.................Here we use to hold these hearings in Superior Court.........It seems now that the same Juvenile Judge decides our families fate.
